Heading to the Valleys
Henry's tucked up in a cosy garage in the Forest of Dean near Monmouth for the night and tomorrow I will take the camper to Cwmaman in South Wales prior to a Ceilidh gig on Friday being organised by my 'bestie' Huw Chidgey with 'Parcel o' Rogues'. I will pilot Henry to the valleys later tomorrow from Monmouth. Huw's son, Sam, will be my glamorous assistant through Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall. Looking forward to doing a guest gig for Lyn's 'bestie' from school, Janice, at her farm nr Malmesbury on Saturday and a few days later meeting up with my 'new' niece and nephews (long story) at Perranporth. Tony Parrini, President of my Rotary Club (Carlisle South) has done an amazing job galvanising help from RC's in the West Country so it's going to be a busy time ahead. I won't have a lot of internet time on my travels so will relay progress reports to my team of tireless supporters who will in turn endeavour to keep you informed of our progress.
